The Challenge

Building a Corporate Identity Osoul Holdings required more than just an office; they needed a headquarters that would stand as a physical manifestation of their corporate ethos. The project involved the complete realization of a 7-story commercial building in Abu Dhabi. The mandate was extensive: Mouhajer International Design was tasked with a full-scope contract covering Construction, Fit-out, and FF&E. The challenge was to deliver a vertically integrated office ecosystem, from the structural framework to the ergonomic office chairs. The facility needed to house diverse functions, including executive suites, open-plan workspaces, meeting hubs, and staff wellness areas, all connected by a cohesive design language.

Our Approach

Form Follows Function Our approach was to create a "Smart Corporate Campus" stacked across seven levels

Structural Integrity & Flow: As the construction contractor, we ensured the building's skeleton was optimized for modern office layouts. We focused on maximizing column-free spaces to allow for flexible floor planning. Corporate Hierarchy by Design: Each floor was zoned for specific functions. The lower levels were designed for high-energy collaboration and reception, while the upper floors, reserved for executive management, featured premium materials like acoustic wood paneling and marble, creating an atmosphere of quiet authority. Turnkey Efficiency: Managing the FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) alongside the construction allowed us to synchronize the supply chain. We sourced and installed workstation systems, IT infrastructure, and bespoke furniture pieces, ensuring the building was "plug-and-play" ready upon handover.
