Our approach was centered on "curated details"—ensuring that every fabric, surface, and fixture contributed to a cohesive story of urban luxury.. Room Refresh: We moved away from standard hotel uniformity to create spaces that feel personal and artistic. The refurbishment involved a complete update of the color palette to warmer, more sophisticated tones, utilizing premium wall coverings and bespoke upholstery.. Tactile Upgrades: Recognizing that luxury is felt as much as it is seen, we prioritized high-quality textures. From plush carpets to velvet soft furnishings, the new materials were selected to provide a sense of comfort and exclusivity.. Efficient Execution: To meet the September completion date, our teams worked in a streamlined flow. We managed the removal of old assets and the installation of new FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) with a "just-in-time" logistics strategy to prevent on-site clutter and maximize speed.
