A Warm, Contemporary Welcome

Mouhajer International Design took ownership of the entire lifecycle, from concept to handover. Our goal was to modernize the aesthetic while improving the functional flow of the spaces.. The Main Lobby: We reimagined the lobby as a vibrant social hub rather than just a transit space. By introducing lighter color palettes, modern architectural lighting, and contemporary furniture, we opened up the space to feel more expansive and welcoming. The design focuses on clean lines and premium materials that reflect the coastal elegance of the Corniche.. La Terrazza (All-Day Dining): The refurbishment of La Terrazza focused on versatility. We designed distinct "micro-zones" within the restaurant to cater to different dining needs—from intimate seating for couples to flexible arrangements for larger groups. The buffet counters were redesigned for both visual appeal and hygiene efficiency, a critical consideration during the 2020 timeline.. Operational Agility: Executing this during the pandemic era meant adhering to the highest safety standards. Our team managed the logistics meticulously, creating "invisible" construction zones that allowed the hotel to function smoothly alongside major renovation works.
