The Challenge
Transform a prestigious tower into world-class luxury residences while coordinating with multiple stakeholders, adhering to strict brand guidelines, and delivering within an ambitious 18-month timeline. The project required seamless integration of smart home technology throughout all 342 units while maintaining the architectural heritage of the building.

Scope of Work
Concept & Design
Comprehensive design development including 3D visualization, material specifications, and brand integration. Every detail was meticulously planned to reflect the Ritz-Carlton standard of luxury.
Civil & Structural Works
Complete structural reinforcement and modification of 45 floors including new load-bearing walls and seismic upgrades to meet international safety standards.
Interior Design & Fit-Out
Bespoke interior design for 342 units across 12 different floor plans, each with premium finishes and custom millwork crafted by master artisans.
MEP Engineering
Full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems upgrade with smart home integration and energy-efficient solutions achieving 30% reduction in energy consumption.
FF&E Procurement
Sourcing and installation of luxury furniture, fixtures, and equipment from premium European manufacturers including Poltrona Frau and B&B Italia.
Handover & Commissioning
Comprehensive handover process with full documentation, owner training, and 2-year warranty coverage on all works and installations.
The Outcome
Delivered 2 weeks ahead of schedule with zero defects at handover. The project achieved LEED Gold certification and received the International Property Awards recognition for Best Luxury Residential Development.
